Information analysis

Detailed studies of the captured reality to aid in decision making

At Aerolaser we offer optimized analysis services of the information captured with our sensor systems. We specialize in a variety of areas ranging from criticality and vegetation analysis to asset management. These services are designed to improve operational efficiency and support sustainability in a multitude of industries.

Anomaly detection

Anomaly analysis for preventive maintenance tasks and effective infrastructure management

1.

Using LiDAR technology, we obtain detailed information of the corridor, allowing us to study and optimize elements such as crossings, angles, support heights, and vegetation.

1
2.

The LiDAR point cloud is filtered, edited and classified by categories (vegetation, terrain, buildings, etc.), facilitating its handling in applications such as PLSCADD for power lines, with accuracies of up to 5 cm.

2
3.

After processing the information, the AeAnomaliesReport software (integrated in DALIA and developed by Aerolaser) generates a report indicating the type and location of the anomalies found.

3
4.

The final delivery includes a *.kml file with the studied infrastructure and photos taken during the flight, as well as several layers with towers and catenaries in different environmental situations.

Comprehensive inspection

Over time, the elements of the installations may rust, deform, break or lose components due to natural factors such as rain or bird nests.

Breakage of Elements

Presence of Nests

Oxidation of Materials

Verification and complete analysis of the installation

Using a high-resolution camera, we can study in detail the possible defects of infrastructure components. The high definition and the ability to change the angle of focus allow for a complete and quality inspection.

Generation of detailed reports

The anomalies detected are compiled in an incident report, which is sent to the customer indicating the elements to be revised or replaced to speed up decision making.

Thermographic inspection

One of the most valuable analyses we carry out is the detection of critical anomalies in any infrastructure, allowing us to discover the existence of hot spots or hot spots.

Advanced asset management
