At Aerolaser, precision and adaptability are paramount in each of our integration projects. Our engineers use CAD systems to design custom brackets, hardware and parts to ensure the integrity and service life of our sensor systems.
Each of the 3D designs are manufactured by CAM in metal and sintered obtaining a first prototype, which is used for all assembly, testing and calibration of the electronics and sensors.
Our engineers verify strength and durability through laboratory and field testing to ensure that each part meets all quality and safety criteria before being integrated as a final part of the system.
